If you are planning to send us paperwork to serve, please include the following information:
- A cover sheet with your firms information, including an email address for your confirmation.
- Please include as much information as possible about the defendant (physical description, vehicle, alternate addresses or phone numbers, etc.)
- The documents you need served
- A return of service form (if one is not provided at the time of service, we will provide a computer generated form
- A self addressed, stamped envelope
- Pre-payment made payable to "H&R Process Serving"

Here is what you can expect once we recieve your job:
Once received, your case will be entered into our database and assigned to a server. We will then send you an email with login information so that you can track the status of your job. Once served, you will receive an email confirmation.
